We are excited to announce that Tejas Chocolate & Barbecue will be back at the farm for the 2024 season! Make sure to drop by their food truck between the Farmhouse and Pre-cut Tree Barn to try some award-winning Barbecue and more. The carrot souffle is one of our favorites! Tejas has also been featured in Texas Monthly’s The 50 Best BBQ joints several years.

Tejas also brings their award winning chocolate bars for purchase in the Bakery. They hand craft their delectable chocolate using only premium cocoa beans sourced from cacao farms around the world, locally at their Craftory in Tomball, Texas. Makes for a ready treat, as well as great stocking stuffers!
Opening day is upon us at the tree farm! We can’t wait to have you and your families out to the farm searching for the perfect Christmas tree on Opening Day, Saturday, November 23 and beyond. Whether you are interested in cutting your own tree in our fields, or are wanting one of our pre-cut varieties, we’re sure to have a great selection. See y’all soon!

This will be our day of the 2023 season, December 9. While our fields are now closed for choose-and-cut trees, we have a great selection of pre-cut trees still available. Santa will be flying down to the farm today, December 9, from 11am-1pm and available for photos in the Farmhouse. We are so thankful for all the families who make Spring Creek Growers a part of their Christmas tradition.
Our Christmas trees take 4-5 years to grow to maturity and we replant every year. We understand some disappointment that we are “sold out” of our choose-and-cut trees, but we must save some trees in the field to ensure trees for the following season. To supplement we partner with quality growers for our pre-cut trees, giving selections of Fraser, Nordmann & Noble Firs that will not thrive in our Texas climate.

Jump in the hay jump, have a festive face-off at the duck races, explore the Christmas Gnome’s Home Sweet Gnome Home and say howdy to Jenny the donkey and all her chicken & turkey friends. Fraser, Nordmann & Noble Firs available in various heights up to 10′ while supplies last. Fraser Firs are the most fragrant, Nordmann Firs have dark green, shiny, long needles while Noble Firs shed the least with a blue hue to their needles. Happy Tree Hunting!
